Co-create solutions with stakeholders:** Living Labs used a bottom-up, context-specific approach. Food chain actors and stakeholders generated and selected solutions suited to their local context.\n\n\n**2. Develop and select interventions:** Each Living Lab selected 1–3 interventions targeting specific High Impact Behaviours (HIBs).\n\n\n**3. Test solutions:** Solutions were either implemented and tested in real-life settings or assessed virtually through ex-ante evaluation. \n\n\n**4. Assess implementation feasibility:** The CFIR framework was adapted to food environments to assess factors affecting implementation. It covered the intervention, context, process, and people involved.\n\n\n**5.
